A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University of Toruń. She is also a lecturer of the said university, as well as of the Lazarski University. She graduated from Postgraduate Industrial Property Law Studies of the University of Warsaw. She is the author of scientific publications within this field. She participates in seminars and scientific conferences. She specializes in topics concerning trademarks, industrial designs, copyright and combating unfair competition. She successfully conducted numerous disputes before the Patent Office and EUIPO. She prepares legal opinions and advises clients in terms of choosing the right strategy of right protection, as well as in assessing potential infringement.
